We carry out our activity through different operators based on territory in which we provide service, in coordination with local governments to guarantee integrated and sustainable management of water resources, adapted to the needs and characteristics of each place.

Our management system is based on compliance with the Integrated Management Policy.  Two other policies complement this: the Occupational Health and Safety Policy and the Sustainable Development Policy.

We have obtained certificates aligned to our efforts in providing a quality service and creating a safe, optimum working environment for our staff.

Ethics and compliance

We apply a Code of Ethics that defines our organisation’s mission and values and serves as a benchmark in everything we do, both individually and as a group. We have also implemented an Ethics Channel to report confidentially – and anonymously, if desired – acts contrary to current legislation, the company's internal rules and/or its Code of Ethics.
