In this section, Hidrogea may include any data or information that it considers relevant to its contracting activities, such as the general contractual framework, the conditions for being a company contractor, contracting procedures in progress and the documentation concerning these and, in general, any information considered useful for these purposes, such as points of contact and means of communication that can be used in any contracting-related dealings with the company.
